" The overall experience was okay. The food at Ocean Chinese is decent but not mind-blowing. I had the shrimp balls which were perfectly crispy but the flavors were somewhat muted. The atmosphere leaves much to be desired; it feels quite old and could use a renovation. The portion sizes are satisfactory, but I did feel like I was waiting too long for my order.
