" I had high hopes for Taco Bell after hearing they introduced new items. However, my first attempt last month was met with disappointment. I ordered a Crunchwrap that arrived soggy and missing half the filling, while my friend's order was completely incorrect! After informing the staff, they offered no assistance and just pointed to the kiosk for reordering. I get that it’s fast food, but when customer service is non-existent, it really takes away from the experience. I won’t likely be returning anytime soon, unless I hear major improvements. " I've been visiting this Taco Bell for years and, unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. The last few times I've ordered, the food has been cold and the service was very slow.
