" After hearing good things, my family and I decided to try Lau by Kolben during our visit to DFW. We went for the all-you-can-eat hotpot, which was a mixed bag. The variety of broth options was fantastic—especially the canh chua which reminded me of home! However, the portion sizes left much to be desired, with the meat being thinly sliced and often frozen.
