" An absolute must-stop if you're traveling on I-81! I’m not typically a fan of food trucks, but this one changed my mind. The chai was incredible - warming and full of spices that made it delicious. I also tried the bhel puri for the first time and I think I’ve found a new favorite snack! It was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The workers here are really passionate about their food which shows in their service. Just be prepared to wait a bit during busy hours. Definitely will return next time I’m in the area! " I stumbled upon Murthal Dhaba while cruising down I-81 and wow, was I surprised! This food truck is a gem. I ordered a chicken biryani and my friend had the lamb curry. Both dishes were packed with authentic Indian flavors that reminded me of a home-cooked meal. The chicken was tender and the spices were perfectly balanced. Not to mention, the portion size was more than enough for the price. I really appreciate the friendly service; they were eager to make recommendations and ensured my experience was enjoyable. " I had high hopes for this food truck after hearing a lot of buzz, but unfortunately, my experience was mixed. The aloo paratha was good, not too greasy, and had a nice homemade feel. However, the chicken curry left much to be desired. It was overly oily, with tough pieces of chicken swimming in an unappetizing sauce. It seemed like it needed more seasoning and depth.
