" After much anticipation, I finally got the chance to dine at Rice and Spice, and it turned out to be a worthwhile experience! The karahi lamb was spicy just the way I like it—with a perfect balance of flavor and heat. I thoroughly enjoyed their freshly cooked garlic naan, which complemented the curry just right! " A hidden gem in Campus Town! I visited Rice and Spice after hearing great things, and it did not disappoint! The Indian bread we had was a lovely, fluffy garlic naan that paired beautifully with the Chicken Tikka Masala. It really felt like home with the spices; the portion sizes were decent too. Only downside was that it took a little longer than expected to get our food, but the quality made up for it. The ambiance is lovely, bright yet relaxing. I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5 overall. " I was a bit skeptical about visiting an Indian place in Peoria, thinking it wouldn't be up to par with what I've had back home. But let me tell you, Rice and Spice blew my expectations away! I had the lamb korma, and it was rich and flavorful, just as it should be. The rice was of perfect consistency too! Also, my friends ordered some spectacular vegetarian options, and they loved them just as much. The staff was engaging without being overly intrusive, which I appreciate.
