I noticed my dish this time was quite salty, and the overall cleanliness could have been better; a few tables were sticky. Despite these issues, I applaud the excellent service we received from our waiter Ashley, who was charming and professional throughout. I might return, but I'm hoping for consistency next time. " For our anniversary, my partner and I decided to visit P.F. Chang's, and they made it special! The service was attentive, and the manager even stopped by to check on our experience. We started with crab rangoon, and I must say, they were delectable! The entrees were beautifully plated but did lack a little punch in seasoning. " P.F. Chang's is like my home away from home. The staff are always so welcoming, and the service remains unmatched. I often visit for the shrimp lo mein, which I must say, never disappoints! This last trip, however, they did mix up my order, giving me a teriyaki chicken instead. While it was an easy fix, I’m glad they have great customer support to swiftly resolve this.
