" I had high expectations going into El Sopon based on recommendations and I will admit, it was pretty solid. The atmosphere is nice for a food truck, but it can get cramped when busy. Lots of options on the menu—all the traditional staples you’d expect! I tried their al pastor which was decent, though nothing to rave about. Will give them another chance soon for the other items.
