" The last time I visited this Taco Bell, I was completely shocked. The staff was rude, and it took so long to get my order. But the worst part was when I opened my box and found a bug crawling inside my quesadilla! That is simply unacceptable. I couldn't believe they would serve the food in that condition. " I went to Taco Bell last week and had a horrendous experience! I waited for nearly 30 minutes for my food, which, when it arrived, was completely cold and wrong. The staff seemed indifferent and really didn't care at all. I felt like I was invisible while they were busy chatting amongst themselves.
