I tried the chile colorado; while it was good, it didn’t quite hit the mark in terms of how authentic I had expected it to be. My friends, however, enjoyed their dishes, especially the vegetarian quesadilla that was packed with fresh veggies. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our drinks were refilled promptly. I think another visit to try their Saturday buffet might be necessary to truly appreciate what they offer!
