" I recently visited Surti Chaat and was excited to try their famous Dahi Puri based on all the rave reviews I had heard. It did not disappoint! The Dahi Puri had the perfect crunch along with a burst of flavors that reminded me of my trips to India. I also sampled the Dosa, which was light and crispy. The only downside was that the outdoor seating was slightly uncomfortable due to the weather. Overall, I was impressed and would recommend this food truck to anyone craving authentic Indian snacks! " I first came across Surti Chaat through a friend's recommendation, and wow, I'm grateful for it! This food truck is one of the gems of Houston. We had a family gathering and brought back a bunch of their signature dishes; the Raj Kachori, Locho, and the Sev Khamni were the stars of the show. Each item was a true representation of Indian street food with incredible flavors and freshness! The owners were so accommodating and kind, we felt very welcomed.
