" Was very unimpressed with the quality during my last visit. The marinated meats were a bit off, and the tofu stew did not have the typical richness I enjoy. There’s potential, but I feel they need to work on their consistency. On a positive note, the restaurant itself is well-kept and has a nice interior. " (*Curated Review*)
" This place lives up to the hype! The variety of dishes is impressive, and everything we've tried has been delicious. The tofu stew was rich and flavorful, and the BBQ meats were tender. The only criticism would be the high price point; portions could be more generous. Overall, I would highly recommend it. " (*Curated Review*)
" The tofu dishes at Cho Dang are great, especially for anyone craving something vegetarian. However, I found some of the meat items lacking in freshness. The service was friendly but a bit slow, which I could overlook due to the nice ambiance. Worth a try but I'd recommend sticking to the tofu. " (*Curated Review*)
" I was really looking forward to trying their famous soon tofu but was disappointed. It lacked the depth of flavor I was expecting. The service was polite but a bit detached. On the positive side, the ambiance was quite nice for a casual outing. " (*Curated Review*)
" I was really hoping for an authentic experience, but I was let down. The pork cutlet tasted off and the tofu stew was too bland for my liking. The portion sizes are also disappointing considering the price. Service was friendly, but it didn’t compensate for the food quality. I left feeling like I should have tried a different restaurant. " I was excited to try out Cho Dang but I ended up disappointed. The service was quite slow and we had to wait too long for our order. When the food finally arrived, the tofu soup was not as flavorful as I expected, and the portions were small compared to other places I've been. To top it off, the atmosphere felt a bit chaotic with so many orders piling up. I may give it another try someday, but I left feeling unsatisfied. " (*Curated Review*)
" This is my favorite spot for Korean BBQ! The grill is right at your table, and you can cook your meat to perfection. It feels social and fun, especially with friends. The banchan (side dishes) were fresh and delightful. Try the marinated pork belly; it's to die for! I can't speak much for the tofu dishes since I’m more of a meat person, but everyone at the table was raving about them. It was a little busy, but worth every minute. Definitely coming back!
