" I am a big fan of mochi donuts and was intrigued to try this place after hearing mixed reviews. Initially, I was nervous, but I was pleasantly surprised! The donuts are quite different from regular donuts – they are chewy and have a different texture that I loved! The boba was okay, the sweetness was a bit much for my taste but I should have asked for less sweetening. Atmosphere-wise, it was busy but fun! Would definitely recommend trying their seasonal donuts. " (*Curated Review*)
" Mochido's menu has a lovely variety, especially with their unique donut flavors. I appreciate their effort to make things authentic, and they succeeded in creating a nice fusion between traditional flavors and modern interpretations. I had the Taro milk drink with bobas, and it was so refreshing, just what I needed. The place was packed when I arrived, and it took a little while for my order to come out. I think they could improve on the flow during busy hours; other than that, a pleasant experience! " (*Curated Review*)
" Mochido has such a cute setup; I loved the decor! I went there on a busy Saturday with friends, and while the atmosphere was lively, the service was a bit slow. My Korean corn dog took quite some time to arrive, and when it finally did, it had a great crunch but was a bit greasy for my taste. The boba drinks were delicious, but just as I expected, a bit too sweet. I would love to see them offer more control over sweetness levels. Overall, I had a good time, just patience required. " It was my first time at Mochido, and I was really looking forward to trying their famous corn dogs and mochi donuts. Unfortunately, I was a tad disappointed. The corn dog was decent, but I expected something more authentic compared to the other places I've been to. The donuts, however, were very enjoyable and had fun flavors. I think my visit was mixed, leaning more positive due to the friendly staff, but I would suggest reviewing the corn dog recipe! " (*Curated Review*)
" After multiple visits to Mochido, I have to say I am impressed! The donuts are consistently top-notch in flavor and texture—their fluffy nature combined with just the right amount of sweetness make them hard to resist. I tried the cheese corn dog for the first time, and while it was good, I didn’t find it completely satisfying. However, the environments and customer service compensates well for it. I love the vibe of these spaces and would happily recommend it to anyone in the area! " (*Curated Review*)
" Wow! What a hidden gem in Visalia! I had the most delightful afternoon with a friend, trying different flavors of both the donuts and the boba drinks. The service was prompt, and the employees were so cheerful. I particularly loved the Taro milk tea – it was perfectly sweetened and refreshing. The mochi donuts were soft and flavorful. I appreciated the variety in their menu, and the place was quite clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back to experiment with more flavors! " (*Curated Review*)
" I heard some great things about Mochido on social media, so I had to try it for myself. I ordered the Taro milk tea and a couple of mochi donuts. The tea was beautifully presented and tasted fabulous, just the right amount of sweetness! The donuts were light and delicious too. I will say though that my friend’s corn dog didn’t meet expectations; it wasn’t as cheesy and was a bit bland compared to the other dishes we tried. I still left happy and satisfied with my treats!
