" Just had takeout from Chen's and while it did the job for a quick meal, it wasn't memorable. The sesame chicken was underwhelming, being more batter than chicken. I had to add soy sauce to boost the flavor. This isn't the authentic taste I'd hoped for, but I appreciate that they were prompt with my order. " Chen's Restaurant has been a staple in my family’s dining routine whenever we visit Long Beach. The last time we tried it, we were met with nothing short of fantastic service. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable. Our table had a variety of dishes including the BBQ pork, which was tender and well-marinated.
