" I recently celebrated my birthday at Solaia, and I must say it was one of the best decisions I've made! The staff went out of their way to make me feel special, including a complimentary dessert. The menu features traditional Northern Italian cuisine that certainly lived up to the hype. I had the branzino which was grilled to perfection, and my friends enjoyed the lobster ravioli.
