" Simply put, Chang Xing is not what I expected. I was excited to try the General Tso's chicken, but it arrived overcooked and soggy. I asked for it to be spicy and got nothing but sweet. The fried rice lacked any seasoning, too. The positive was the ambiance of the place—it’s a cute spot, just wasn’t reflected in the food.
