Panda

Chinese Restaurant $ 3.8 (326)

Panda offers a mixed dining experience with friendly service and a wide variety of dishes. However, some customers feel that the authenticity and quality of the food have declined over time. There are frequent mentions of cold food at the buffet, yet many appreciate the family-friendly atmosphere and the willingness of the staff to accommodate special requests.

" Panda’s service was exceptional during our visit last weekend. The staff made us feel at home right away. I really appreciate how they were understanding when my kids were being picky. The food was okay for the price, and I enjoyed a few items that tasted freshly prepared. However, the overall buffet could benefit from being refreshed more frequently; I found some items lukewarm. I would definitely return for their kind service. I’d rate my experience at a 3! " (*Curated Review*)

" I visit Panda every other week as it's my go-to spot for a quick lunch. Overall, the food is decent; however, the selections sometimes seem to vary in freshness. The spring rolls I ordered were crispy and delightful, perfect for sharing. I appreciate the little touches, like the soy sauce on the table, and the staff being quick to ask how I am doing. The prices are fair for the portions— especially when I can fill my plate! I generally rate it 4 out of 5. " (*Curated Review*)

" I have mixed feelings about Panda. The food often varies in quality; some dishes are absolutely wonderful, while others seem to lack freshness and flavor. The highlight of my visit was definitely the spring rolls, but the main entrees could use improvement. The server was friendly, and the atmosphere was decent; cozy but could use a bit of brightening up. It's an okay spot for lunch, but don't expect perfection. I’ll give it a 3. " (*Curated Review*)

" I had the most disappointing experience at Panda recently. At first glance, it seemed lively, but my excitement quickly dwindled once I started eating. The food lacked freshness, and it felt like many dishes had been there for too long. I'm guessing it was a busy day, but no one likes to munch on stale rice! The service was friendly; I cannot fault them there, but the food quality made me question how the place operates. The decor needs a facelift too; it's functional but rather outdated. I’ll not be coming back anytime soon unless I hear serious improvements. I'd give it a rating of 1 because I just can't get over how bad the food was. " (*Curated Review*)

" What a disappointing dinner it was! I can't believe how cold the fried rice was, and the dishes tasted old. I would not recommend this place after my last visit. The only positive was the staff, who were friendly, yet that doesn’t make up for the lackluster meal. I truly hope they can improve the quality because at the moment, I'll have to give it a 1 star rating and won't return anytime soon. " (*Curated Review*)

" My first experience at Panda was less than stellar. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, but the food left much to be desired. I ordered the fried rice, which wasn't actual fried rice but rather plain white rice with a few peas thrown in. The service, however, was really friendly and attentive, which somewhat made up for the disappointing food. The buffet was well-stocked, but several items were lukewarm at best. I had higher expectations based on some rave reviews, but it seems like I caught them on a bad day. I might give it another chance, but I hope the next visit is better. Overall, I would rate it a 2 out of 5. " (*Curated Review*)

" Now that the crowds have returned, it's nice dining at Panda again. The buffet doesn't disappoint with a varied selection, but I've noticed that some dishes could be fresher. The fried rice was surprisingly bland this last time, which was a letdown. However, if you ask the staff, they are happy to make you selections that are piping hot! I admire how attentive they are to your needs, which keeps me coming back. I won't rate the food lower than a 4 because there are more hits than misses. " (*Curated Review*)
