It looked unkempt and the staff seemed frustrated, which affected their ability to serve us efficiently. I feel their food is usually pretty decent, but the experience was hindered significantly by an unclean environment and unstocked ingredients. I think they need to rethink their management strategy. " Honestly, this Chipotle needs to do better. I can't recall how many times I've gone in there and found the food to be either stale or out of stock. One time, they ran out of guacamole before I could even place my order, and the customer service was abysmal. The place was filthy and the employees seemed uninterested in helping.
