" I have always loved eating at Genghis Grill, but on my last visit, I felt the experience wasn't as stellar as in the past. The customization is still fun, but the food seemed not as fresh. I opted for the chicken and some typical veggies. Sadly, my veggies were overcooked and mushy. I mentioned it to my server, who was very polite and offered to replace my bowl, which I appreciated! The second attempt was much better, but it’s disheartening when you have to ask for replacements. Still, I give them credit for outstanding customer service.
