" My girlfriend and I had lunch at Valentina's Kitchen for the first time, and wow, what a hidden gem! It was recommended by a friend, but I didn’t expect this little food truck to serve such fantastic food! We both ordered tacos—carnitas and al pastor. Each taco was flavorful and came loaded with toppings. If you’re a fan of good street tacos, this place will satisfy your cravings! The tacos are heavenly, especially the carnitas, which are so flavorful and tender. I love that they keep the menu simple; they truly do a few things and do them well. The service is incredibly friendly as well! The two ladies who run the truck make you feel welcome every time you visit. You can tell they put love into every dish they prepare. The only downside is the location can be tricky to find if you're not paying attention, but trust me, it's worth the hunt! Definitely a must-visit if you're in Huntsville. I'll be back soon!
