" A very chic dining spot! I visited Bullion for the first time for dinner last week. The atmosphere is lively yet sophisticated, making it an excellent place for a date night! We chose several appetizers to share, including the foie gras and escargots. Both were superb! However, my main course, the duck, was slightly over-seasoned for my liking. Everything else from the service to the dessert was fantastic! The soufflé was light and airy, a wonderful end to our meal. Despite the misstep, I can't wait to return and try something different! " Bullion is definitely one of Dallas' premier French restaurants! The space exudes elegance, and the food speaks for itself with all the traditional flavors. I had the duck à l’orange and it was cooked marvelously, while my partner had the cod, which she enjoyed thoroughly as well. Just a note, though: the service felt slightly more casual than I expected for a fine dining experience, which was a bit surprising. All in all, a lovely evening, and I would be happy to return! " Wonderful restaurant! The decor is beautiful, and the food is to die for! I particularly loved the soufflé—it was light and fluffy and quite possibly the best dessert I've ever had. My partner had the steak—perfectly cooked as well! We felt very well taken care of, as all the staff were attentive without being intrusive. " Fantastically chic restaurant, Bullion is a visual treat! As soon as you walk in, you are transported to an elegant world. I went for brunch and tried their lobster benedict, packing full flavor and freshness. The service was solid, attentive yet relaxed, which made for a non-rushed experience. The only downside was that my dining partner found the portion size smaller than expected. However, the quality definitely makes up for it. Looking forward to returning for dinner soon! " What a delightful dining experience at Bullion! We went here for a birthday celebration, and it was magical. The waitstaff was incredibly attentive, without hovering. We tried the cheese puffs and duck à l'orange—both were exceptional. The flavors were refined and well balanced. I also appreciated the extensive wine list; finding the perfect pairing was enjoyable.
