The chef also came out to check on our group, which added a nice touch. What really stood out was the truffle gnocchi— absolutely divine! Each element of the dish harmonized perfectly. " I don't know what to say but WOW! The focaccia here might just be the best I've ever had. Soft, fluffy, and baked to perfection. I had the pappardelle for a main which was also cooked impeccably. The only aspect I think could be refined is some of the servers seemed a bit inexperienced, but they were friendly and eager to help. Nevertheless, it didn't majorly impact our experience. " What a delightful discovery! My friends and I were in the mood for Italian and stumbled upon Pastiamo. The vibe was great, casual combined with a touch of elegance. We ordered an array of appetizers, from the burrata with roasted figs to the focaccia, which was out of this world! For mains, we couldn’t resist the cacio e pepe and rigatoni. Each bite was better than the last. The dessert selection is a must— definitely try the tiramisu!
