" What an unfortunate experience at Fuji Yama! I was really looking forward to trying their sushi based on all the good reviews. The rice in my rolls was hard, and the fish didn’t have that fresh taste I expect. Also, the service was quite slow, and the atmosphere felt too rushed. " Fuji Yama has always been my favorite sushi place in Newport Beach. The quality of the fish is consistently excellent. However, on my last visit, I felt that the waiter could have been a bit more attentive, as we waited a long time for our orders. Despite this hiccup, the food was delightful, as always!
