" My last trip left me scratching my head. I ordered a steak burrito but got chicken instead, and it took so long to get the attentiveness of the staff. When I finally got the correct order, they had haphazardly packed a whole avocado that was completely hard, which felt like a terrible waste of money. " I visited Chipotle on a particularly busy Saturday and was amazed at how chaotic everything felt. There were dirty tables, littered napkins on the floor, and the staff was hardly paying attention. My order took almost 20 minutes, but when it arrived, it was prepared incorrectly and missing items I paid extra for. I decided to speak to a manager, but she seemed apathetic to my complaints.
