" I was passing by late at night when I stumbled upon Derek's Food Truck, and I have to say, it was a fantastic find! The chicken tinga tacos were so flavorful and came with a delicious avocado salsa that made it even better. The atmosphere next to the truck felt energetic and lively, and even though there were lots of people, the staff managed to keep things moving.
