" Wow! I can't get over how amazing our experience was at Bella Colibri. The moment we entered, the restaurant’s charming decor set a perfect romantic tone for our dinner. We started with the arancini, which were crispy and packed with flavor. For our main courses, we had the risotto and the gnocchi. The gnocchi was light and fluffy, just like I had in Italy! Our waiter was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. To finish, we indulged in the tiramisu, which was a heavenly end to a wonderful meal. Highly recommend! " This is hands down the best Italian meal I've had! From the homemade bread to the fresh pasta, everything was amazing. The atmosphere was romantic and cozy, perfect for a date night. My main course was the bison bolognese, which was rich in flavor and very filling. I do think the prices were a tad high given the portion sizes, though—would appreciate a bit more for the cost. " I was looking forward to dining here after hearing so many great things, but my experience was a bit mixed. While the food was good, I expected a bit more from the authenticity of the Italian dishes. My pasta was nice but didn’t have that homemade taste I was hoping for.
