" Fantastic hidden gem for authentic Mexican cuisine! The carne asada was grill perfection - juicy and seasoned just right. Nice portions too. I also tried their mole sauce on the enchiladas, and it was the best I've ever had anywhere. You can tell they take pride in their ingredients. The only thing that disappointed me slightly was the service; we felt ignored at times, but the delicious food made up for it. I’ll definitely return, hopefully with a larger group next time, to try even more dishes! " (*Curated Review*)
" After hearing all the rave reviews, I decided to take my family to Guadalajara last weekend. Getting there was a bit of a challenge due to the crowds, but once seated, it was well worth the wait! I ordered the chiles rellenos and was pleasantly surprised at how well they were prepared, with just the right amount of heat. The kids enjoyed the cheese quesadillas, and I couldn’t get enough of their fresh chips and house salsa. Our service was friendly, though a bit scattered near the end as we were waiting for the check for longer than I’d like. Overall, a fantastic dining option if you're in the area! " (*Curated Review*)
" Guadalajara offered a charming dining experience! I loved the ambiance and colorful decor. The food was fresh and tasted authentic, especially the chipotle chicken dish, which was spicy and savory. Only downside was the wait time—it took a little longer to get my food than anticipated, and it felt somewhat chaotic with the servers rushing around. Still, I would definitely return to explore the rest of the menu over time! " (*Curated Review*)
" Visited Guadalajara and enjoyed my time there, but not without issues. The food came out at a reasonable pace, and I appreciated the vibrant atmosphere. My meal, however, lacked the authenticity I sought. I tried the carne asada tacos, which were decent but not authentic. Service needed improvements too; we were often left waiting without check-ins from the staff. Still, I’ll try again, perhaps aiming for a different dish next time. " (*Curated Review*)
" Delicious food in a cheerful setting! My friends and I visited for dinner, and the salsa was excellent. I think the chips were served fresh from the fryer. We had a variety of different dishes, and honestly each one brought something special. The enchiladas were creamy, and tacos colorful and flavorful. Our server was fast and friendly; I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. If I lived here, I would be a weekly regular! " (*Curated Review*)
" Had a delightful experience at Guadalajara. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and they certainly knew the menu well! I had the carnitas platter, which was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The freshness of the ingredients really shone through. The only critique would be that the portion sizes could be overwhelming for some, as I barely finished my meal! I truly enjoyed my time and would recommend this restaurant to anyone craving authentic Mexican food! " (*Curated Review*)
" I visited Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant #2 for dinner last week, and I was genuinely impressed! The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the food was bursting with authentic flavors that reminded me of my travels in Mexico. I had the carnitas tacos, and they were perfectly seasoned and tender. The chips and salsa were a delightful start, especially the fresh salsa that had just the right kick. Our server was attentive but not intrusive, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I can’t wait to return with friends. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving real Mexican food! " (*Curated Review*)
