" I had a really odd experience at Tea Garden. The decor felt tired, and for a moment I thought I was in a diner rather than a Chinese restaurant. However, the food made up for it somewhat. The crab rangoon was delicious and the General Tso's was decent. My concern is that the menu seems like it is all over the place. " Whenever I’m in the mood for Chinese food, Tea Garden is my first choice. Their scallion pancakes are addictive! I've always found the food to be fresh and the service quick, which is important when I'm on my lunch hour.
