" First time at Taco Cabana and I must say, I was underwhelmed. The food took forever to arrive and when it finally did, it was lukewarm and bland. I expected more flavor, considering that they claim to serve authentic Mexican cuisine. The service was all over the place; my server seemed overwhelmed and forgot my side of guacamole altogether. To be fair, the dining area was clean and well-maintained, but that doesn't make up for the disappointing food experience. I might give them another chance, but I’m not in any rush to return.
