" Cotto Modern Italian is a fabulous addition to the Gainesville dining scene. I ordered the gnocchi served with a rich meat sauce that had complex flavors and tasted homemade. The atmosphere was bustling, which added to the experience. My dessert – a slice of their tiramisu – was out of this world! " I’ve been meaning to try Cotto for weeks now, and I finally made it! The first thing that struck me was how busy it was! I was glad I had a reservation. My friend and I opted for sharing several appetizers: the calamari was crispy and seasoned perfectly, and the garlic bread was a solid addition. For my main course, I went for the special homemade gnocchi, and it was heavenly! Just the right amount of sauce. The only downside was that our server seemed overwhelmed as it got busier, making the service a bit slower than expected. Overall, an incredible dining experience!
