" China Eight has some great entrees! The kung pao chicken was bursting with flavor, and their dumplings are fantastic! I can't say enough about how much food you get for the price. " I have visited China Eight a couple of times now, and each time, I've had a different experience. The food itself is decent, but the consistency is lacking. The lo mein is fantastic, but the chicken curry left something to be desired. One constant though is the rude staff; it's as if they don’t appreciate repeat customers. " Very mixed feelings about this place. The food can reach amazing heights, but service is a wild card. I had the best wontons last week, yet another like experience left me with soggy dumplings.
